How to enjoy life in perpetual lack of time?

Perhaps you also notice that time seems to be going faster? But is it possible that time is speeding up? The truth is that time is running so fast and we are not able to stop it or even just to slow it down.

What to do to deal with this problem? If you have ever asked yourself these questions you can stay here for a moment. That post is especially useful for you! Here you can read some advices taken from Italian lifestyle.

How to enjoy life in perpetual lack of time? It seems impossible but for Italian people it’s simple. So how to live life like an Italian? No doubt, Italian lifestyle teaches us to appreciate life more.

Fore once, enjoy everything in moderation. The most important and crucial are exactly little things. A little coffee in the morning, some sweets during your lunch break. Everyone in Italy loves to eat some ice cream, pasta and pizza and they don’t care about carbohydrates, calories because Mediterranean diet is full of vegetables. For them it’s habitual and natural to eat healthy and any gelato or pizza doesn’t disrupt that balance. The Italians know best how to take pleasure. And the gist of the matter lies in moderation. Don’t forget it!

Another precious thing is time with friends and family, not long but frequent. Even if the Italians constantly live on the run they manage to find time for loved ones. Meeting people and speaking to them- the thing that Italians love- communication and closeness allow to take us away from our troubles, from overwhelming reality. It prevents alienation and a general feeling of being unwell. I imagine that close relationships, in particular in family, are the most important thing for everyone, not only for Italians. Therefore, it’s extremely important to take care of it.

It's all for today, if you are interested to read more about Italian lifestyle I invite you to the next post which will come shortly.
